Lloyd Hugh McAfee
Excerpts from an obituary in an Abilene, TX newspaper:
Hugh was born Feb. 25, 1942 in Flint, MI and passed away Sunday, Mar. 24, 2002 in an Abilene medical center. He was a retired aircraft mechanic, having worked at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, TX. He was a US Air Force veteran of Vietnam and a member of two radio control airplane clubs. He lived in San Angelo, TX for many years, but had lived in Breckenridge, TX the two years prior to his death. He is survived by his wife, Diane McAfee of Breckenridge; two sons, Eddie McAfee of Lubbock, TX and Robert McAfee of Denver; a sister, Jo Ellen McAfee-Merriman of Santa Maria, CA who attended CHS in 1960 during her junior year. He has two grandchildren.
